Chuncheng Thermal Power (01853): Wan Tao Resigns as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Agent in Legal Proceedings

Zhitong Finance App News, Chuncheng Thermal Power (01853) announced that due to work adjustments, Mr. Wan Tao has resigned as the company's joint company secretary and will no longer act as an authorized representative and agent in legal proceedings. It will take effect from July 28, 2026.

Since July 28, 2026, the company secretary, Ms Leung Ai-yan, has been appointed as an authorized representative.
