After a lapse of two years, SAIC Motor Group once again initiated a new round of executive adjustments. On July 28, SAIC-GM and SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle announced successive adjustments in charge of operations. Lu Xiao, the former general manager of SAIC-GM, succeeded Wang Jun as SAIC Motor's general manager; Xu Ping, the former general manager of Huayu Automobile, took over as SAIC-GM's general manager. After leaving office, Wang Jun will continue to serve as SAIC Motor's Deputy Chief Economist and SAIC Passenger Vehicle Party Secretary.
