Tooru Sells Entire Mindflair Stake to CEO

08:15 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tooru (TOO.L) agreed to sell its entire shareholding in Mindflair (MFAI.L) to the former's chief executive officer, Scott Livingston, for 193,409 pounds sterling. The health and wellness group said Tuesday its 42,979,737 shares in Mindflair, a non-core asset, were sold at 0.0045 pound apiece, slightly above the current mid-market price of 0.0043 pound. The proceeds will be redirected toward the company's key operating businesses.
