After the adjustment, based on the existing share capital, every 10 shares will be paid 0.642,239 yuan including tax. The share registration date is August 3, and the ex-dividend date is August 4. In addition, the relevant holding price reduction restrictions, the restricted stock grant price, and the “Fuller Fixed Transfer” share conversion price will be adjusted accordingly.
