(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) completed the issuance of the first 2026 Green Technology Innovation Bonds (hereinafter referred to as “current ultra-short-term financing notes”) on January 27, 2026. The issuance amount is RMB 500 million, the issuance rate is 2.19%, the issuance period is 180 days, and the payment date is July 27, 2026.

On July 27, 2026, the company paid the principal and interest of the current ultra-short-term financing notes totaling RMB 505 million.
