Hanson Pharmaceuticals (03692): HS-20093 phase III clinical study to treat osteosarcoma reached the main end

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hanson Pharmaceuticals (03692) announced that the group's self-developed B7-H3 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) HS-20093 reached a major end in a critical phase III clinical trial (ARTEMIS-011) for patients with osteosarcoma that progressed or recurred after receiving at least second-line system treatment in the past. Compared with chemotherapy, HS-20093 showed statistically significant and clinically significant improvements in progression-free survival (PFS) as assessed by the Independent Review Committee (IRC), and consistent benefits were also observed at secondary clinical endpoints, including overall survival (OS) and investigators' evaluation of PFS. The safety characteristics are consistent with the results of previous studies, and no new safety signals were found.

Based on these positive results, the Group will soon initiate communication with relevant regulatory authorities to advance preparations for new drug marketing applications in China. Detailed data from the ARTEMIS-011 study is expected to be presented at an international conference on oncology in the future.
