Jinshan Technology Industries (00040) enters into a lease agreement for Hong Kong Science Park property

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinshan Technology Industry (00040) announced that on July 28, 2026, the Company and Jinshan Battery entered into a lease agreement with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation as the tenant, respectively, to lease the property (Property A and Property B) for a period of 3 years from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029 (including the first and last two days).

A tenancy agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement between the tenant and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation for the rental of the property, and is subject to their respective terms and conditions. On the date of this announcement, each tenant has signed and returned the relevant lease agreement to the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation as the owner.

Property A is 12 Science Park Phase III West, Pak Shek Kok, New Territories, Hong Kong Science Park, Hong Kong (ii) Rooms 809 to 810, Floor 28, Property A (iii) Rooms 811 to 818, Building 38 (iv) Rooms 901 to 908, Building 49, Property A (v) Rooms 909 to 918, Floor 59, Property A59.

Property B is Room 708-709, 7th Floor, No. 16 Science Park Phase III West Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, New Territories, Hong Kong

The Group has leased the property as its Hong Kong headquarters, and the original lease agreement will expire on July 31, 2026. Since the Hong Kong Science Park is Hong Kong's science and technology infrastructure, which aims to create a suitable environment for R&D in (including) electronics and high-tech industries, and is in line with the Group's main business, leasing properties located in the Hong Kong Science Park is complementary and beneficial to the Group's operations in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. Furthermore, renewing the property lease by entering into a tenancy agreement will enable the Group to operate its business in Hong Kong without interruption and save on relocation expenses.
