China Galaxy (06881) completed the issuance of 3 billion yuan short-term financing notes

At the 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on February 17, 2025, the Company passed the shareholders' meeting's amendment to the Board of Directors's authorization plan. According to this, the shareholders' meeting authorized the board of directors to issue debt financing instruments. The total issuance scale did not exceed 350% of the Company's most recent audited net assets.

In accordance with the above shareholders' authorization, the Company completed the issuance of the 10th short-term financing note in 2026 (current financing note) on July 28, 2026. The issuance scale of this issue is RMB 3 billion, and the face value and issue price are RMB 100 per unit. The term of the current financing note is 359 days, and the final coupon interest rate is 1.53%. The funds raised through the issuance of the current financing notes will be used to supplement the company's working capital.
