Youjiao Innovation (02431) completed the placement of a total of 2013.24 million new H shares under general authorization

Zhitong Finance App News, Youjiao Innovation (02431) issued an announcement. The board of directors is pleased to announce that all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met and that the placement matters have been completed on July 28, 2026.

According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 2013.24 million new H shares to no less than 6 undertakers at the placement price of HK$6.23 per share, accounting for approximately 4.63% of the number of issued shares (i.e. 435 million shares, excluding treasury shares) expanded by allotment and issuance of placement shares after completion of the placement.
