The quantification giants have their sights set on quantum computing. According to the Securities Times, recently, Beijing Zhongke Quantitative Hub Technology Co., Ltd., a quantum computing operating system and algorithm platform company established for only three months, officially announced that it has completed the Angel and Angel+ round of financing. According to reports, the amount of both rounds of financing was about tens of millions of yuan. The financing will mainly be used for product development and team building. Among them, Angel Round Financing will be jointly led by PricewaterhouseCapital and Zhiyi Investment, followed by Jiukun Venture Capital; Angel+ will be exclusively invested by BeiGong Quantum Fund. It is worth noting that this is not the first time that Jiukun Venture Capital has entered the quantum computing circuit. According to media reports, Jiukun Venture Capital previously co-invested in the Pre-A round of financing for Beijing quantum computing company Bose Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. According to enterprise survey data, as of July 28, there were 106,600 domestic quantum computing-related enterprises. In terms of regional distribution, South China and East China ranked in the top two with 25.88% and 24.58% respectively; judging from the distribution of registered capital, enterprises with registered capital within 1 million yuan had the largest stock, accounting for 48.58%. In terms of registration volume, more than 20,000 related enterprises have been registered every year since 2021. Up to now, 14,000 related companies have been registered this year. Since this year, newly registered companies have mainly been distributed in East China and South China. In terms of patents, up to now, the number of domestic quantum computing-related patents has reached 5,386, and the number of related patent applications in 2025 is 939.
