China's subsidies mainly cover science and technology research and development, technology industrialization research, market consumption, etc., and more market-based and guiding measures such as public services, technical standards, and skills training are used to focus on supporting fields such as technology research and development, small and medium-sized enterprise development, and green energy saving. China's subsidies apply equally to all types of market operators, so they are treated equally, and foreign-invested enterprises actively participate and benefit equally.
