The Sacramento, California-based company plans to raise $136 million by issuing 2.75 million shares (all stock shares) in the price range of 48 to 51 US dollars per share. Based on the median value of the proposed issue price range, River City Bank's market capitalization would reach $703 million. The company currently carries out limited trading on the OTCID market under the ticker symbol RCBC.
River City Bank said it is the largest independent bank headquartered in Sacramento, California, and ranked fifth by deposit size in the Sacramento-Roseville-Folsom Metropolitan Statistical Area as of June 30, 2025. The bank serves customers through eight full-service branches in the Sacramento metropolitan area and a loan production office in San Francisco.
As of June 30, 2026, River City Bank's total assets were US$6 billion, total deposits were US$5.4 billion, total loans were US$4.7 billion, and total shareholders' equity was US$568 million. The bank's loan portfolio is dominated by commercial real estate (90% as of June 30, 2026), followed by residential loans (4%) and commercial enterprise loans (3%).
