According to the news, the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on July 27, quantitative distribution positions changed, with a total market value of HK$1.87 billion, accounting for 29.79%. The company's shareholders deposited 58.168,500 shares of Fosun International Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 11.19%.
Notably, on July 9, Quantifier announced the issuance of 4,597,700 new shares, each at a price of HK$13.05, with a net capital raised of approximately HK$59.7 million. Of this, about 40% is invested in the procurement and commercialization of smart hardware, 30% is used for R&D expenses related to physical AI base models, and the remaining 30% supplements daily working capital. The market is concerned about the potential risks for companies to cross the physical AI circuit from e-commerce.
