The shares were sold at 3.16 pounds sterling per share on behalf of a group of 37 current and former Bridgepoint employees and certain related persons, according to a Tuesday filing. The placing shares represent a 2% stake in Bridgepoint, and the company will not receive any proceeds from the placing.
