Unilever Posts Decline in H1 Attributable Profit; Turnover Edges Up

02:23 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Unilever (ULVR.L, UNA.AS) said Tuesday its attributable profit for the first half declined, while turnover rose year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders' equity for the six months ended June 30 was 3.32 billion euros, compared with 3.51 billion euros earlier. EPS moved to 1.52 euros from 1.60 euros. The consumer goods giant's turnover was 25.62 billion euros, compared with 25.51 billion euros a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a quarterly dividend of 0.4664 euros per share, payable on Sept. 18 to shareholders on record Aug. 7. It paid 0.4528 euro per share a year ago. Looking ahead, the company expects its underlying sales growth for the full year 2026 to be within its multi-year guidance range of 4% to 6%. Underlying sales in the second half of the year are expected to climb 4% to 5%.
