Eleven departments including the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the National Health Commission, and the National Development and Reform Commission recently jointly issued the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Action Plan”, which clearly focuses on achieving the goal of traditional Chinese medicine services for all by 2030, and striving for residents to reach the nearest medical service point in 15 minutes to receive traditional Chinese medicine services; the focus is on achieving the medical service capacity of county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities in primary medical and health institutions, and the promotion and upgrading of traditional Chinese medicine health culture at the primary level.
