Relais Group Buys Majority Stake in Tershine

01:56 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Relais Group (RELAIS.HE) purchased a 70% stake in vehicle care brand Tershine from its founder Tobias Ericson, according to a Tuesday release. The vehicle life cycle services company said that the transaction will be concluded on the same day, with the acquired company being integrated into its Products & Solutions business unit from August. Relais said 20 million kronor of the purchase price will be paid in newly issued shares.
