Ayyan Investment Swings to H1 Loss

Loss attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 87.2 million Saudi riyals, compared with a net profit of 384.3 million riyals earlier. Loss per share moved to 0.87 riyal from an EPS of 3.83 riyals. The Tadawul-listed real estate investor reported negative revenue of 57.4 million riyals, compared with revenue of 35.1 million riyals a year ago.
