Merko Ehitus Unit to Start Seventh Phase of Estonian Residential Development Project

01:33 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Merko Ehitus (MRK1T.TL, MKS.F) unit Merko Kodud will start construction of the seventh phase of the Lahekalda residential development project in Tallinn, Estonia. Merko Kodud will develop an eight-story building with 50 apartments, the construction group said Tuesday. Completion of the project is planned in the autumn of 2027. Merko Ehitus will begin apartment sales in September.
