Compared with the treatment plan selected by the researchers, CMG901 showed a statistically significant and clinically significant improvement in overall survival in second-line and late-line CLDN18.2-positive advanced gastric cancer patients. The trial reached both primary endpoints for third-line and post-line treatment OS and key secondary OS endpoints for second-line and post-line treatment in the overall trial population; PFS showed an improvement trend but was not statistically significant.
