Chen Changzhi, general manager and director of student education of Borui Communications (600880.SH) holding subsidiary, was suspended

Zhitong Finance App News, Borui Communications (600880.SH) issued an announcement. The company recently received a notice from its holding subsidiary, Sichuan Student Education Technology Co., Ltd. (“Student Education”). Chen Changzhi, general manager and director of Student Education, was investigated and placed in custody by the relevant supervisory authorities.

Chen Changzhi does not hold any other position in the company other than the general manager and director of student education at the holding subsidiary. At present, the company has appointed relevant personnel to preside over the operation and management of student education and has made proper arrangements for business development. This matter will not affect the normal operation of the company.
