In the past 12 months, the company's cumulative undisclosed foreign investment amount has reached 10% of the most recent fiscal year's audited net assets, and the cumulative amount of foreign investment that has not been reviewed by the shareholders' meeting has reached 50%. The bill has been reviewed by the board of directors and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting and filing/approval by relevant departments.
