China Power Construction announced that from January to June 2026, the company signed 4190 new projects, with a new contract amount of 619.893 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.73%. According to statistics by business type, new contracts for energy and electricity were 386.265 billion yuan, down 10.46% year on year; new contracts for water resources and environment were 56.321 billion yuan, down 27.16% year on year; new contracts for urban construction and infrastructure were signed at 156.409 billion yuan, up 9.17% year on year; and 20.898 billion yuan was signed for other businesses, down 39.80% year on year.
