Mutares Sells Metal Components Supplier Walor Precision Turning

02:09 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mutares (MUX.F) divested Walor International's Walor Precision Turning to investment firm Reed Capital, according to a Monday release. The private equity company said the sold high-precision turned metal components supplier generated 55 million euros in revenue in 2025. Mutares noted that Walor International is a subsidiary of its FerrAl United unit.
