Pinewood Technologies Gets GBP545 Million Indicative Takeover Offer from Ridgeview Partners

11:55 PM EDT, 07/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pinewood Technologies Group (PINE.L) received an indicative takeover proposal of 545 million pounds sterling from Ridgeview Partners-administered entities. Ridgeview Partners, through the newly formed company UK Piston Bidco, is offering 4.48 pounds in cash, with a potential rollover alternative, according to a July 24 filing. Directors of the London-listed cloud-based full-service technology provider said they would be minded to recommend the proposal for acceptance. Shareholders representing 48.71% of the company's total issued share capital also expressed support for the potential transaction. UK Piston has until Aug. 21 to finalize whether it will push through with a firm takeover offer for Pinewood Technologies.
