Recently, NAVER, Brookfield, and Nvidia announced a plan to expand the infrastructure of an autonomous artificial intelligence factory in Korea, planning to invest in expanding the initial deployment scale of the Nvidia DSX AI factory at GAK Sejong Data Center from 55 megawatts to 200 megawatts in 2028. Under the terms of the agreement, Nvidia will invest $1 billion in NAVER. Brookfield has signed a list of non-binding terms to provide up to $9 billion in funding. NAVER will fund the project with the remainder of its funding. The expanded infrastructure will provide AI innovators in Korea and the US with production-grade AI computing power to build next-generation models, agents, and AI-driven services.
