HOME CONTROL (01747): Signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Articura on localized healthcare artificial intelligence and digital health in Indonesia and explored business opportunities

Zhitong Financial App News, HOME CONTROL (01747) announced that on July 23, 2026, the company signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with PT Articura Tech Indonesia (Articura) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orbiva Limited (Orbiva). The memorandum sets out the contracting parties' initial intention to establish a strategic cooperation framework on healthcare artificial intelligence infrastructure and market opportunities related to digital health solutions (localized artificial intelligence for healthcare) in line with Indonesia's local data storage, data sovereignty and regulatory requirements. With the exception of the legally binding provisions clearly set out in the MOU, the specific cooperation arrangements to be made under the MOU will only be implemented after further negotiations and the signing of a final agreement by the contracting parties.

According to the memorandum, the contracting parties intend to explore cooperation and conduct a feasibility assessment in the following areas. The proposed scope of cooperation mainly includes:

(i) Explore Indonesia's localized healthcare artificial intelligence infrastructure and digital health opportunities. The contracting parties intend to explore the establishment, adjustment and optimization of a healthcare artificial intelligence reasoning rule system and intelligent engine that meets Indonesia's local healthcare needs, clinical practices, regulatory requirements and data sovereignty principles. It may cover healthcare-specific reasoning rules, clinical logic, medical knowledge expression, artificial intelligence assisted decision-making, and privacy-protecting artificial intelligence architectures. The contracting party also intends to evaluate suitable basic models, language intelligence in the healthcare field, and the ability to localize large language models. The relevant exploration does not constitute a commitment by any party to independently develop a basic language model, so any specific technology implementation, cooperation model or deployment plan requires a separate written agreement;

(ii) Develop healthcare data and knowledge systems for local hospitals and clinics. The contracting parties intend to explore the cleaning, integration, standardization and structured management of clinical data in Indonesian hospitals and clinics, and establish data processing methods, clinical knowledge systems and data governance mechanisms that meet local disease profiles, clinical pathways and healthcare needs in Indonesia to support the continuous optimization of relevant healthcare artificial intelligence reasoning rule systems, intelligent engines and application capabilities;

(iii) Family healthcare, remote monitoring and digital health records. The contracting parties intend to explore integrated health monitoring devices, digital health records and AI-based health management capabilities to extend relevant healthcare services to the home scenario. On the premise of complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to data protection and authorization, such services can integrate multi-modal health information from authorized medical devices and services, promote data interconnection between hospitals, clinics and families, and support chronic disease management, preventive care and personalized healthcare services;

(iv) Deploy healthcare artificial intelligence applications in hospital scenarios. The contracting party intends to explore the deployment of localized artificial intelligence infrastructure in the hospital scenario and integrate it with the healthcare artificial intelligence inference rules system and intelligent engine to be jointly developed by the contracting party. Any relevant deployment will be designed after considering Indonesia's local medical care needs, clinical pathway, clinical case quality control standards and applicable regulatory requirements, and may include functions such as AI-assisted pre-treatment assessment and patient diversion, clinical decision support, patient history optimization and quality control, artificial intelligence assisted patient follow-up, and hospital operation efficiency optimization;

(v) Market cooperation, regional expansion and long-term strategic collaboration. The contracting parties intend to work with Indonesian government agencies, medical institutions and other healthcare industry stakeholders to explore digital healthcare projects and market cooperation opportunities that meet local regulations. Articura plans to be responsible for communicating and coordinating with local stakeholders to promote market cooperation, while Orbiva plans to provide artificial intelligence architecture, technical documentation and implementation support. Subject to further discussions with the contracting parties, Indonesia can serve as a base for expanding relevant localized healthcare artificial intelligence solutions to other ASEAN markets in the future. Furthermore, the memorandum contains arrangements for potential investment cooperation. Any specific investment, valuation, investment amount, regulatory approval and transaction documents must be separately negotiated, signed, and applied approval and disclosure procedures by the relevant contracting parties before they can be confirmed.
