The Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and 10 other departments recently jointly issued the “Yunnan Province's “Artificial Intelligence+Manufacturing” Special Action Plan. With “artificial intelligence+manufacturing” as an important direction, Yunnan Province will identify advantages, tracks and driving points based on the province's industrial reality, promote the in-depth application of artificial intelligence technology, strive to create more than 5 characteristic large models and more than 50 lightweight small models, promote more than 50 typical application scenarios, and build 3 artificial intelligence innovation centers and 2 industrial data labeling bases. During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, Yunnan Province will make “point and line” collaborative efforts to promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. On the “point”, with projects as the lead and scenarios as breakthroughs, we organize and implement a number of key digital intelligent transformation projects around key industries such as non-ferrous metals, rare metals, green chemicals, biomedicine, electronic information manufacturing, and advanced equipment manufacturing, to build a number of digital transformation benchmark enterprises and smart factories, and promote a number of lightweight small models and replicable solutions. “Online”, with platforms as support and chain transformation as a starting point, we work together to promote the overall chain transformation of large, medium, and small enterprises. Integrate the construction of relevant platforms such as manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers and industrial Internet platforms. Expand the application of scenarios, strengthen industrial collaboration and empowerment, and promote the transformation of individual enterprises from “point breakthroughs” to “on-chain upgrading” of the entire industrial chain.
