At 10 o'clock, its center was located in Huicheng District of Huizhou City, with a maximum wind level of 10 near the center. According to the “Guangdong Provincial Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Prevention, Wind Protection and Freezing Prevention” and the relevant regulations of the Provincial General Administration of Flood Control, Drought Control and Wind Protection, the Guangdong General Headquarters for Flood Control, Drought Control and Wind Protection decided to adjust the emergency response for level 2 wind protection to a wind protection level 2 emergency response at 11:00 on July 26.
