On December 18 of last year, the Hainan Free Trade Port successfully closed the entire island. This is a landmark step for China to unswervingly expand a high level of opening-up to the outside world and promote the construction of an open world economy. Currently, Hainan adheres to the complete, accurate, and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept, accelerates the construction of a domestic and international dual cycle strategic intersection, and helps the country construct a new development pattern. Hainan has close contacts with the countries hosting the envoys and has broad scope for cooperation.
