The core operating space in Hong Kong is divided into a comprehensive service activity center and a zero-cost creative incubation office area. It is equipped with facilities such as a startup bazaar, M+ coffee, and roadshow hall to create a tiered zero-cost shared office space suitable for different stages of entrepreneurship teams. Since the three-month trial operation of the space, it has attracted 13 up-and-coming youth entrepreneurship projects to successfully settle in. The first batch of entry projects covered several cutting-edge technology tracks and was an outstanding representative of Minhang's youth science and innovation forces.
