Mpac Group Closes GBP16 Million Sale of Mpac Lambert

11:30 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mpac Group (MPAC.L) concluded the divestment of its healthcare-focused bespoke automation services unit Mpac Lambert to Mech.i.Tronic. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to significantly reduce the packaging and automation company's net debt, according to a Friday filing. Mpac Group agreed to sell Mpac Lambert in June for an initial cash consideration of 16 million pounds sterling as part of its strategy to focus on full-line packaging machinery services.
