04:15 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Co. (SASE:4015) and Pharmaceutical Investment Co., d/b/a Lifera, agreed to develop a new facility in Saudi Arabia through a newly incorporated company. Lifera, owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, incorporated Biologics Co. to build, own, and operate a facility to manufacture and commercialize vaccines, biologics, and biosimilars. This follows a non-binding term sheet signed by Jamjoom and Lifera in October 2025, according to a Thursday filing. Pharmaceutical company Jamjoom also signed a binding share subscription agreement to become a joint venture shareholder in Biologics Co. with a 51% stake. The agreement remains subject to customary approvals and conditions.
