CTP to Build New Distribution Center in Hungary for Quick Service Logistics

03:16 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CTP (CTPNV.AS) said Thursday it agreed to develop and subsequently lease a new distribution center in Hungary for commercial food logistics company Quick Service Logistics. The European property developer will construct the 10,658-square-meter built-to-suit facility at CTPark Budapest Vecsés. Expected to be completed in October, the distribution center will feature over 10,100 square meters of storage space and 500 square meters of office space.
