On July 23, the Shanghai Futures Exchange issued an announcement to seek public comments on the revision of the “Shanghai Futures Exchange Trading Administration Measures”. In order to improve the application situation of the Shanghai Futures Exchange emergency scenario and be consistent with the emergency plan related to the futures market, it is proposed to make the following adjustments to the “Shanghai Futures Exchange Trading Management Measures”: delete the situation in Article 15 (2) where “more than 30% of members and overseas special participants fail to complete settlement work or do not complete the initialization of the trading system before the opening of the market”, and no longer use it as an emergency scenario.
