According to the Zhitong Finance App, Horizon Robot-W (09660) issued an announcement recommending the issuance of convertible bonds denominated in US dollars and convertible into the company's Class B common stock. The provisional terms of the convertible bond include an amount of $450 million, zero coupon, and maturity on or around July 27, 2027.
