Regarding the impact of this transaction on consolidated financial results, Meiji Holdings stated that it is “undergoing a detailed evaluation.” On the same day, Australia Asia Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Aoya Foods plans to acquire all of the shares of the newly established subsidiary in Meiji China. The basic purchase price is 320 million yuan, and the adjusted upper limit is 350 million yuan.
