Herald Investment Trust Posts Higher H1 Profit, Gains on Investments

Profit after taxation for the six months ended June 30 was 363.2 million pounds sterling, compared with 31.5 million pounds a year earlier. EPS moved to 7.5894 pounds from 0.6275 pound. The London-listed investment trust's gains on investments were 339.5 million pounds, compared with 42.5 million pounds a year ago.
