Huber+Suhner to Buy Developer of High-precision Test, Electrical Contacting Solutions in Germany

12:56 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Huber+Suhner (HUBN.SW) agreed to buy Germany-based high-precision test and electrical contacting solutions developer Ingun. The deal covers Ingun Prüfmittelbau, Ingun International, and subsidiaries. Completion is expected by the end of the third quarter of 2026, subject to closing conditions, according to a Wednesday release. Ingun will be integrated into the Swiss fiber optic cable manufacturer's industry segment following the transaction.
