HMVOD Video (08103): GEM Listing Committee decided to maintain GLC decision to suspend trading from July 22

On July 21, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange (GLRC Decision Letter) informing the Company that the GEM Listing Review Committee, after reviewing the statements submitted by the Company and the Listing Division (including the Company's statements at the hearing), believes that the Company has failed to maintain a sufficient level of operation and sufficient asset value to support its operations as stipulated in section 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules to ensure that its shares can continue to be listed, and decided to maintain the GLC decision in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules Section 9.04 (3) Suspension of trading in shares (GLRC Decision).

At the request of the Company, trading of shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026.
