Starting with the Company's interim report for the six months ending June 30, 2026, the company will uniformly use Chinese corporate accounting standards to prepare financial statements. The Company's financial position and operating results will not be significantly affected by the uniform adoption and disclosure of financial statements prepared in accordance with Chinese corporate accounting standards.
