Gaokeqiao announced that the company completed a major and related transaction to acquire all equity interests of Haomin Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. on July 21, 2026. All preconditions to the acquisition agreement have been reached. The target company Haomin Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaokeqiao, and the seller no longer has any direct interest in the target company. So far, Gaokeqiao has indirectly held 51% of Fortis Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
