Techstep Plans NOK83 Million Rights Issue

01:20 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Techstep (TECH.OL) said July 17 it intends to launch a rights issue in the second half to raise at least 83.3 million Norwegian kroner at 1 kroner per share. The mobile and circular technology company plans to use the proceeds to repay its bridge facility and to strengthen its balance sheet by settling 35 million kroner in shareholder loans. The planned equity raise will require shareholder approval, expected in September or October.
