Jing'an District has maintained the largest foreign-related economy in the central city for 10 consecutive years, and 12 new regional headquarters for multinational companies were added in 2025. At present, the three types of core high-energy headquarters with investment decisions, global hubs, and innovative research and development in the region account for more than 50%, and the headquarters economy has achieved a systematic leap from large-scale agglomeration to improved content quality. The future goal is to convert and upgrade 10 high-energy headquarters every year.
