Announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved the renewal of Couche-Tard's share repurchase program, authorizing it to repurchase up to 74,194,410 Common Shares, representing 10% of the 741,944,105 Shares comprising Couche-Tard's "public float" as of July 9. As of July 9, Couche-Tard had 917,962,609 Shares issued and outstanding. Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. shares T.ATD are trading up $0.49 at $89.60.
