Hexing Packaging announced on July 16 that in order to revitalize existing assets and optimize the company's resource allocation, the company's board of directors decided to terminate the Longyao Intelligent Environmental Packaging Industrial Park project, and agreed that Xingtai Hexin would sign a “Land Collection and Storage Agreement” with the Longyao County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and sign a “Plant Sale and Sale Contract” with Hebei Mianxiang Food Co., Ltd. After the project is terminated, orders from the original cooperative customers will be uniformly accepted by the company's neighboring production bases such as Shijiazhuang, Baoding, and Tianjin. Customer cooperation and product delivery will not be affected; terminating self-operated production can stop fixed expenses such as continuous labor, maintenance, and environmental operation and maintenance in the factory area, effectively preventing subsequent continuous operating losses.
