Jingwei Tiandi (02477) completed an old and then new placement of 796 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jingwei Tiandi (02477) announced that the placement was completed on July 15, 2026. The placement agent has placed a total of 796 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.24 per share.

Since all prerequisites for completion under the subscription agreement have been met, the old and new subscriptions were completed on July 16, 2026. The seller has subscribed and the company has allotted and issued a total of 796 million subscribed shares to the seller at a subscription price of HK$0.24 per subscribed share.
