Such assets will be leased back to the lessee for use and possession for a period of six years. Asset 1 includes the lessee's designated heating equipment and facilities located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. Asset 2 includes the lessee's other designated heating equipment and facilities located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China.
