Desert Control Sets Terms for Underwritten Rights Issue

01:38 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Desert Control (DSRT.OL) on Wednesday outlined the terms of its fully underwritten rights issue of 70 million Norwegian kroner. The Norwegian soil and water conservation technology company said it will issue up to 256.2 million shares at 0.2733 krone each under the offering, which was announced on July 1. Shareholders on record as of July 20 will receive 2.1166 subscription rights for each share held. The subscription rights will be listed on Euronext Growth Oslo.
