Alimak Group Agrees to Purchase Pro-Bel

01:08 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alimak Group (ALIG.ST) agreed to buy North American fall protection and suspended access systems manufacturer Pro-Bel, according to a Wednesday release. The deal values the business at an enterprise value of CA$200 million on a cash- and debt-free basis and is expected to close in July, subject to customary closing conditions. It will be financed from existing credit facilities. The vertical access equipment manufacturer will integrate the acquired business into its facade access division.
